Client Consultation

The Client is met preferably on site for the development of a Design Brief.

Concept Design

The Design Brief is developed in to Concept Design Drawings for client approval.

Construction Documentation

The approved Concept Design is further developed into Construction Documentation.

Building Approval

Finalized Construction Documentation is then able to be submitted to a Private Certifier for Building Approval.

Contract Administration

Administer the implementation of the Construction Documentation by the builder to completion of the project.
